Kentucky Juba....the first tune to "come out" and declare itself "Hybrid", combining Guitar and Stroke style. So many more are like that....the downside is that, you cannot do it with a thimble.

Look again at the left hand fingering in the notation. My memory tells me that FBC excludes the index finger from the chords.
