I really enjoy The fiddling of James Bryan and thought some of you might like to hear his interpretation of some early banjo pieces.
Carl is one of my heroes and mentors (used to live 5 minutes up the road), and we once co-authored a dog album together! https://www.amazon.com/Your-Dawg-Mark-Julee-Weems/dp/B00474GQWQ
I really like the tune Dr. Hecock's Jig... just weird enough.
Mark, seriously...next time I see you, I'm going to insist that you sing Pee-Pee Time for us all around the campfire.
you bet!
That is some nice fiddlin'
Mark I really like Carl's singing and playing I'm sure it was fun to work with him. There is a recording of Indian Whoop from Knauff on this CD as well as Jim Along Josie and a couple of 19th century waltzes.

hi Wes, Yes, I've had that record for 15 years when it first came out. It is a fantastic old-time record!
