that seems like it would be a very versatile banjo. In G , it sounds kinda like a mountain banjo, tuned to F , I bet it would get some growl,, nice banjo ,you got skills!

Hi, All:

Terry worked with me to help me create a banjo that I could incorporate in my interpreter program at Ft Delaware on Pea Patch Island. I am just lovin' Miss Jane! Now to learn to play well enough, to do her justice. Thanks, Terry...

Roberta I want to visit Pea Patch Island sometime, my great grandfather was there in 1864-65 under some rather unhappy circumstances. do you play there often?

Hi, Wes: Come visit us. What was your grandfather's name? Do you have any information about his being there? The Ft Delaware Society is always interested in getting info on people who lived there... I am a laundress there and I play when I have "down time". I play as someone might have done, when they time off and play to fill the time...being part of the population. About 3 times during the season, we have extra interpreters, like our POW weekends(Coming up this Sat & Sun), and there is often a chance to get a little impromptu playing going. Of course, it will be interesting to see what I can do...I have only played solo...

Strumelia: That might be sometime:-) I haven't videoed myself and am a bit camera shy:-). You'll just have to visit Delaware sometime and come out to the island...

I think "Miss Jane" is the name of the banjo.
