Ning Update

I forget when we are due to renew the Ning site, but I'm sure it's not far away. John, perhaps you could outline the perks we could gain from the upgrade....we are strong in numbers, and could possibly afford it if it we desirable. I think we do just fine, but perhaps being able to add audio would be something useful....and what about other files.....can we post PDFs and use interactive data bases, or something like that? I think the difference was from about $300.00 upgrading to $500.00. Let's look at it and think it over before it is crunch time.

The renewal time is I believe in July.  Last July NING had already changed the 'Pro' level from $500 to $600, no way of knowing for sure what they will charge next July. 

One nice feature of 'Pro' level is the ability to have GROUPS that specialize in certain subjects.

Let's take a good look at all the advantages.

Last time, it did not seem worth it.

Perhaps the use of audio without video may be useful??
