Dred Scott?

I've been slightly surprised to find no contemporary songs which refer to the Dred Scott Case.

Has anyone out there ever come across any?  I've seen one about Roger B. Taney but it refers to Habeas Corpus early in the CW.

Hmm.  That didn't seem to work.

 

Go to this site:   http://memory.loc.gov/ammem/amsshtml/amsshome.html

 

And search for "Taney" and it should come up.  The title is "Chief Justice Taney".

I'm not sure why the first link didn't work when I tried it.
