For enthusiasts of early banjo

Sometimes you have to love a tune just for the title. I found this one tonight in Kerr's Vol 1. The key change was my own idea. Other than that..straight from the fiddle book.

Believe it or not, over 40 years ago I wrote a song to that tune after my girlfriend informed me that, in elementary school it was claimed that she had the cooties!

Using the Hammer ( Converse ) ...shortening the stroke, but still maintaining velocity. The sound is strong...half the work.
