Thanks to Paul Draper for his technique of importing a video clip to Garage Band, then over dubbing a sound track. There are couple of glitches in there but I was having so much fun with it I thought I go ahead ahead and post it, I may do up a better version at some point.

It's a Behrigner C-1U, a usb mic, it seems to work pretty well, but I find I have to be pretty close or the volume drops off. And thank you again for the inspiration Paul.
