Wow.  Those eyes.  And the cravat.  Very 1850's.  This guy played banjo for the Genesis outfit, the original Virginia Minstrels.

Very cool!  One heck of a chin and neck beard too! I'm trying to figure out what the white strip around his neck and down either side of the opening of his coat is.

Joel--You really need to make trading cards out of those photos with bios on the back. I have a fiddler friend with eyes like Billy Whitlock's.  It's always creepred me out a little.  Thanx for the pix--Rob Morrison
