 I reckon Im a dolt too, I found some fabric and tried over & over ,,, don't look right ,,, but a shoestring tie don't look too bad

Cory Rosenberg tried to teach me to tie this at the 2011 Harper Ferry gathering.  I never did get the hang of it and gave up for fear my continued questions would keep him from enjoying the event.

Maybe he could chime in on whether this is the method he uses.

I just tried it and it worked better than anything else I've been able to achieve in the past.

By the way, I used a 52 inch tie.  I think it would've worked better had it been 58-60 inches.
