Yes the weather forecast looks PERFECT... we're so lucky!
I'm hitting the road tomorrow (thurs) as well, staying the night in Harrisburg PA which is a halfway point for me from NY. Last year I drove it all in one day- but with stops and traffic it was an 11 hour drive. That was really too grueling, so am splitting the drive into two days each way this time.
See you all on Friday. I'm bringing some Cracker Jack! :D
Cracker Jack history: Frederick William Rueckheim—a German immigrant known informally as "Fritz"—sold his popcorn at 113 Fourth Avenue, now known as Federal Street, in Chicago beginning in 1871. The popcorn was made by hand using steam equipment.
