That's a very good souding banjo, played with just the proper amount of "sleaze." My personal preference for banjo music runs to the disrespectful. Also I like the oversized dowel stick extending from the rim. It perhaps gives us a clue as to why these were also known as "perch poles." A good-sized bird or two could easily have landed on that one. Great job overall, musically and esthetically.

thank you very much!  It was fun to make, a gourd is almost finished. I like a little sleeze too. I have bren called a redneck before ,, whod a thunk it
