Sounds good.  Is that the same tune as "Rogue's March" from much earlier times?

I went back and checked "Winner's New Primer for Violin" (see P 28 above) and Poor Robinson Crusoe  shows up on p 58

Oh wow, is that violin tutor avails online? I'm curious if two people learning from each can come together for good tunage.

I haven't seen this edition (1864). There is a later one of the same title online. I've been meaning to make a scan of this, maybe I can get that together in the next couple of weeks and post it.

That's kinda like Ryan's (and I suppose others).  Of the 1050, I wonder how many DIFFERENT tunes there are in Ryan's.  I've certainly noticed a few of the same tune family.......with different titles.
