Hi Al, what is the source of the drawing with the musician playing the fire tongs? I gather from what you said it is a section of drawing depicting a minstrel show? Can you post the entire drawing, or a link to it? Very interesting!

I found it via Google images by typing "Minstrel Music" ("Minstrel", alone, didn't find it)

BTW, I have seen quite a few print examples of triangles being played in minstrel lines.
