Thimbles!

I have been playing with my Joel Hooks thimble that I got in the mail last week. They are the greatest thing since sliced baloney! I get greater volume, and a better tone out of my gut strings. The thimble took a little time to get use to, I am a beginning player and I couldn't "feel" the strings but I am suitably impressed.
