Congrats to last year's speaker at Balto part of AEBG

I didn't get to attend in 2014, but I did at least see the schedule and am aware that there was a presentation listed by Christopher J. Smith.  Have not seen any chatter about it here, though I may just not have used the right terms in my search.  Anyway, the Lowens Book Award from the Society for American Music is a big deal, and his book won it.  I got this announcement from the publisher today:
