Beautiful. The pretty 'leap into the air' in the first phrase really makes this tune appealing. The timing of the hand strokes make it tricky, and you did a great job, Paul.
Ah, nice! :D I was just thinking of taking my gourd to the Cape next month. I seem to find the gourds' skinheads are a bit less sag-prone when it's humid, maybe 'cause they are a smaller open surface area than the hoops.
Does that Jennings book go under a different name/title as well? I have download quite a few books from here, but can't seem to find that one.
Ah, I remember- thanks Paul. I did not download that particular book because it was more towards classic style playing, and frankly the standard notation was too complex for me to try and slog through- I do far better with simple recorder or fiddle melody lines. But yes, Foot-In-Sand/BuckDance is a mighty fine tune!
