Minstrel Banjo

For enthusiasts of early banjo

Totally a cheeseball way of doing it, but I wanted to hear the harmony on top of this melody. Perhaps a better production is in the future...ha ha.

Do you play that in 'C' as written or is it transposed?

Let's see...I played  it on the Luscomb, which is tuned to G, a third up from the intended, so that left me in the key of concert Eb.

Ok. Thanks.  I tried finding it on a keyboard and failed....not thinking to try it in Eb.

I just could not make too much of the second part until I put the changes with it....it goes up a 5th.
