It's great to see one of the pioneers in the revival of early banjo music, Joe Ayers, playing with his version of the downstroke/banjo style technique. Having closely watched other early banjo revivalists like George Wunderlich and Bob Kilham, I can see where they share some similar right hand techniques with Joe.
