Kick posterior.  You got a great, funky groove goin' on which befits the instrument.  Those gourds always want to slip off the lap.  You handled it quite well.

 

The four-string set-up always throws me off, with it's narrower span for the right hand.  You don't seem to have a bit of trouble.

Ian, I copmmented on this first almost a year ago,,, and it still kicks butt!!    Ive heard different versions of this tune , and like them ,,, but yours really catches me,again thanks,,,, trying to get some minsterel licks back,.. next re en, April 6

Thanks Steve, I was visiting that banjo in its new home just the other day. I gave it away when I built my kit from Terry. I think i may have to build myself another one someday. I believe the total cost of that instrument was about $23.00.
