Very cool.  Mark, can you assign some sort of time-frame to your Early Banjo Style?  Minstrel era, maybe based on one of the tutors, your interpretation of earlier styles, or?

Mostly based on tutors, but with my own sense of fingering which is derived from practical experience of what I think sounds good and what seems to me to work best on both the earlier 4 string gourd banjo as well as the later 5 string frame banjo.
