Steve, this little baby surprised me too. People request all different sizes. This is the smallest one I've made. The tunes are 'It Will Never Do To Give It Up So' and 'Camptown Hornpipe.'

I have several early Buckbee 23-inch scale banjos and they all sound great.  At the time they were manufacured I do not believe they were considered to be pony banjos, but full size (they have 11 inch diameter rims).  I do, however, have a much smaller Buckbee of the same time period with a 19-inch scale.  This banjo was definitely a miniature banjo.  It feels very different to play. One man's pony is another man's full size.--Rob
