I guess so.  I thought that I found titles in the book that weren't in the index and vice versa.

"Kentucky Girls" in the index is "Kentucky Reel" on the page.  "Chinese Hornpipe" in the index is "Chinese Cotillon" on the page.  "Virginia Quick Step" and "Bridal Quick Step" on page 25 are not in the index, etc.  But there are too many coincidences to think it isn't the same book.

That is a bit of sloppy editing isn't it, it's just as you say though now I'll have to go through and check the rest of 'em.
