I'll have to try this.  Can we get this at a carpet store and can we purchase a small piece like that?

I've tried putting adhesive rubber feet on my gourd but they look silly and fall off.

Great Idea. I did this years ago to an Ovation round back guitar that I have. I found some heavy duty black non skid material that I glued to it and it really does work wonders.
