I''ve gotten some things from Wild West Mercantile. They mostly specialize in post Civil War. I also made some myself, and had a couple pair of pants made by a local lady. She mostly makes colonial to about 1825 era stuff. My own stuff has a more home made look to it. Until it starts to unravel. Then it looks more unmade. Finding pants to fit me has been the "largest" problem. The shirt, vest & hat in my picture are all from Wild West.

Based on one of our living historian's recommendation, you may try Gettysburg Sutler, Ron Pelasi, Esq. I am told he has decent premade clothing off the rack, or if you'd like something more specific or authentic, Mr. Pelasi (sp?) also does custom work. The shop is on Baltimore St. in Gettysburg.
