Recent builders
I am pleased to see the number of folks who are building quality minstrel era banjos. The availability of instruments should encourage more people to learn to play. The amount of information available through sites like this and the availability of reprints of banjo tutors and music is also an advantage.

Last I heard from him he was no longer building banjos so he may have let his domain expire.
