I'm curious as to the meaning of 'stockinette' and 'trowserloon': "as for Master Leon, he is always useful in either the stockinette or the trowserloon."
I assume those are two opposing types of roles to play in a show- as in woman/man or black/white or country rube/city dandy or something like that. Anyone know for sure about those two terms?
