Dear Friends,
Attached here and in a subsequent post, please find a series of tunes that Tim Twiss and I compiled a few years ago for a program we organized in Harpers Ferry. Our thought is that these might be worthy "jam tunes" in addition to any other tunes people like to play in groups. We're suggesting these tunes based on a couple suggestions people make last year that this would be a great thing to be able to do as part of the AEBG experience.
See you next weekend!

Greg: Will there be an opportunity get instruction for Briggs' Corn Shuckin Jig?
Thanks Greg, I added a couple into my practice sessions. :)
Strumelia: I just received my new Bell & Sons banjo. She is a beauty! Has light strings. Instead of doing my office work, I'm trying her out and having much fun! It is a sweet banjo. I will be bringing both banjos, the Flesher and the Bell:-) I really enjoyed working with Terry to create my own banjo...

Roberta, what great news- just in time for you to bring it!
I look forward to playing with you!
Yes, the new one has " strut":-)...a red 4th string! In the minstrel tuning, I can play some of my G tunes...I love it! See you in Baltimore as well as Antietam...
