my first attempt at a recording of minstrel banjo ... recommendations on playing technique will be greatly appreciated !

Steady and solid. That was really good. Can't wait to see where you take it. Right hand was very cool.

thanks Tim, I working really hard on that right hand ... :)
I fully realize that "the magic" lies there !
I really love this kind of music, also the "not flashy" side of it, and of course, your instruction books and sound files and vids help me out an awful lot !
I still get funny looks over here in Belgium when I try to explain that I'm into this music big time :)

I can't wait to see where you take it. If you build a solid foundation, the rest falls into place. It is that initial effort that sets the tone. Looks like you re on your way. Congrats.

thanks all for the encouragements !
I'm kinda' "slaving" away on that right hand (pun intended ! I hope you don't mind), get a nice steady rhythm going, to get a "good" sound, and, I count my blessings that I was able to order such a fine banjo by mister Hartel !
