Michigan Banjo Players

After being at an event in Dexter Michigan yesterday, it brought to my attention the fact that there are several players right here in lower Michigan...I saw Jeff Kangas and Brian Jankowski there, and there is one talented fellow right down the road from me who doesn't do much internet stuff. We started talking a bit, and it was suggested that perhaps we can organize a small regional gathering for a day in the near future??  Anybody else out there interested?

That's good. Perhaps we could find a Saturday or Sunday before September to do this...an aftenoon playing and hanging out and checking out Terry's banjos.

Okay...Motor City Minstrel Madness!! I don't think Jeff and Brian log in a lot so I'll send them a message. That would make about 8 people....nice. I think I saw a Midland address on the site somewhere. The thumb might be cool, if we can converge at Terry's....(inviting ourselves..ha!!)  Just for the afternoon.

What I have to offer is my store...it has a large cool basement. House would not work. Or, if Terry bell has room, we could go there, and sample Bell banjos??
