Terry,  I was waiting to see about a couple of things, but the books are now available!  They can be ordered at http://www.tincremona.com/tin_cremona7_003.htm.  I was going to do a more formal announcement, but am waiting to see if I can get a couple of book vendors to carry the book as well.  I'm not really set up to handle international sales, and was hoping to get a vendor or two in place to help out with that.
