Cave banjo front view
I bought this banjo a few years ago and it came with the tambourine, bones and carrying bag. The overall length of the banjo is 33 inches and the hoop is 12 inches in diameter.The name W.Cave, or it might be M.Case,is written in ink on the perch pole

Beautiful! What a great find, together with the tamb and bones!
(Does the ivory tailpiece have a little asterisk-star carved on it?- if so, i just sold an 1800's banjo with a tailpiece just like that)
