For enthusiasts of early banjo

Here's an undertempo rendition of Alabama Joe, from the Briggs manual. Am I on the right track?

You make it lyrical and nice. Like a hymn or a lullaby.

I agree with Terry, it flows beautifully!

One of my favorites.  I sometimes pair it up with "Old Joe"  -- usually "Alabama Joe" followed by "Old Joe," or in what ever order sounds best to you. They make a nice combination of two completely different sounding tunes -- kind of a "Joe" suite.

Crisp and clean, and a nice ambling tempo - this goes on my 'to learn' short list!

You are more than on the right track. You are pulling in to the station. Keep it up!

I love the tone of your gourd banjo. Where did you get it? Very nice Rhiannon.
