Minstrel Banjo

For enthusiasts of early banjo

Kerr's Vol 4. I like choosing tunes that have something fun or interesting about them as they relate to the banjo. This one has that open string motif surrounded by m2 intervals.

One half measure of fingerstyle in there. Can you spot it?

Nice, Tim.  Thanks for posting.  One of my great weaknesses is that, despite my third-grader's knowledge of reading notes, I still have to hear the tune first before I can follow the notes and learn the piece.  And yep, spotted it.

Thanks. yea, you play them, and then evaluate and think about it a bit. I'd keep this one. I could see it in as congruent with Buckley 1868.
