Taken from "The Second Fiddler's Tune-Book" published in 1954 by Hargail Music Press in New York. Edited by Peter Kennedy. It ended up being a use of "program music" (use of a non-musical idea) in the second section, where the stopped notes on the high end of the banjo sound like chickens.
