I got this from Howe's Omnibus. It bears similarity to "Fred Wilson's Hornpipe" in Ryan's.

Fred Wilson's- yes! I knew it reminded me of something. Thank you. Fred Wilson's Clog is still a pretty standard tune in the Ontario old-time fiddle world.
