For enthusiasts of early banjo

This arrangement of Stephen Foster's tune comes from Christy's Banjo Book c. 1859.

What were banjo accompaniments like? This one is lifted pretty close to the written page. The book is is Christy's, which is pretty rare, but follows the basic ideas of the Rice book. Some of the Rice ones are hard to sing, and I have only done a few.

Nice pickin' Tim! Love the way those little rolls work behind the singing.

Those triplets are really nice punctuations between the verses. Nice playing and singing.
