Minstrel Banjo

For enthusiasts of early banjo

Okay, I'll bite on this never touched tune in the Buckley 1860. Anybody have another interpretation? I avoided this for a while, but decided to try it at last.

Huzzah. That made me smile. The harmonics are awesome! The final one is pretty avant garde.

Well done. Difficult to get all those harmonics cleanly. Jaco Pastorious would have loved it.

That's the best I got right now. Maybe steel strings would make a little difference. (Or I could just play it better). Still not sure what to do with the very last note.
