Original Essence
By Dan Bryant, the famous Minstrel leader with whom Dan Emmett had an association with. Compare this to the other "Essence" tune in the Buckley book. I think this is in a collection of Bryant's from 1857. Anybody ever seen this, or have possesion of it?
