Hey, I know that tune...I think...famous tune...usually played as reel these days...it's on the tip of my tongue...it's...it's...y'know...dah-dah-dah-dah....

Dang it...I'll have to get  back to you on this. I'm playing a contra dance tonight - I'll run it past the other musicians...

Got it....finally. It's been dring me nuts since yesterday morning.   The Liverpool Hornpipe - more or less. In Ryan's/Coles and lots of other places. Still relatively common among Canadian and Irish players. (of a certain age)
