Yes, except for that big pause in the Yellow Book. I bet it is a mistake. Eighth notes sounds way better. I feel stupid to say this Ian, but I missed that connection...DUH! Thanks for being there to point out the obvious.

I've done that a couple of times with these old books. Seems like my fingers already know the tunes!

I still wonder even more about the Yellow/Green Book thing. So many of those pieces from the Yellow appear in the Green, plus many more...including his Fingerstyle section, which was ommitted in the Yellow. Perhaps there is something in the old Cadenzas that may shed light on it? It seems as though the Yellow had been prepared for some time before its published date. It is written in that old "Rice" style. The new Green one seems to embrace his more progressive ideas, while still including the body of Stroke material. A great many of the Yellow cross over into the Green with new titles.
