Wow! That is quite a question. Greg Adams has an early banjo sightings database (Banjodatabase.org). There are two double bouche banjos lists, along with a number of dimensions in cm. There are lots of photographs, and dimensions in cm. The nut to bridge dimension is important to us as a player, but is a matter of some contention with these early banjos because, being fretless the bridge position can be moved around based on the preference of the player (we've had a lot of discussion about this). You should be able to scale this off of the first photo from the rest of the dimensions.
