what is the story on this photo where is it taken?  Please.

On our way to Arnold, CA we drove past the tiny old town in James Town. I think the place has a 3 digit population. I demanded we stop so I could pose for photos.

The old town consist of a main street, with a blacksmith, wet plate photographer and a clothier. This was in front of the wagon exhibit.
