No....it's more from the Gumbo Chaff book, plus how I've heard guys sing it, and how it works for me.

Okay ( Mark ) ...I actually took a look at the second part of Old Tar River. Never paid any atttention to it. Nice line, but pretty unexpected. Not sure how to work it into an arrangement.

So, I was going to wait unil tomorrow when I have this cool gourd I am going to borrow, but in light of my impulsiveness, and the Tigers in the World Series, I'm going to go see what this thing sounds like...played as written.
