Scott, what can you tell me about them? Do they have makers marks and are they dated?

No makers marks or dates. Both appear to be home made, (or not mass produced) 12X3.5 inch single ply hoops. One piece necks. One has hand carved tuners the other has standard friction tuners (ebony) *hooks on the tension head (a variety of brass and plated steel) Cast brass shoes. Brass tacks on the tack head. That is copper on the neck of the tension head, the tail piece is brass. Both play very well considering the age and the hoops are a tad warped. Head on the tension one is obviously recently replaced (by me). The tack head has a repair from who knows when but it stays quite taut.
