Converse describes Tom Briggs

Well I called the Italian cemetery and he is not there either. Not sure if any of you know for sure where he is buried but I would love to know.
Kinda sad to think he was left behind and had a library or something built over him
In the SAN FRANCISCO CEMETERY RECORDS, 1848-1863 I cannot find an entry for Tom Briggs.
poor guy. the more i read about the yerba buena cemetery (now a library) the more i think he may have been left behind. Seems 5000 bodies were moved to the golden gate cemetery (now a golf course or park), but nobody has found evidence that more than 2000 were ever moved. Some of which headed to a jewish cemetery and the other heading over to the italian cemetery (the one I called).
I also read various reports of the construction crew building the new library finding bones and various parts of dead folks.
Additional to that I have not been able to find any listing for briggs at either of the four cemeteries listed above using the find a grave website. So if nobody has any further details to provide I am just gonna assume if I wanna pay tribute to Mr. Briggs I will have to park myself in front of the library and play a few tunes :D
