Banjo painting $129.00

I was on an outing with my wife today, browsing some of the antique shops in Leesburg Va. and saw this painting there, it didn't say much about it, only that it had a label from a gallery in Washington DC. I didn't buy, but if anyone is interested (or knowledgeable) with these sorts of things I can tell you where to find it.
