Event Description

On Monday june 7 at 7:00PM The Oragne County Historical Society will gather at Graham Cemetery to dedicate agrave marker honoring muscian Banjo Sam Sweeney. Sam died in Orange in 1864 while serving as JEB Stuart"s favorite banjo player.
The program will begin with musical entertainment by Joe Ayers and by Keith Walters and the Virginia Serenaders, former MPS historian will make the formal presentation.
