This is a great video for folks starting stroke style.  For people coming from clawhammer playing to minstrel stroke style, it helps to show especially how the thumb is used a little differently than the usual oldtime banjo way.  The result sounds distinctively 'stroke style'.

These are good tunes to work on, Greg, and I love how you recorded them so clearly. Thanks!

Youtube has a '1/2 speed' setting for playback, and that would make it even easier to learn and follow along from this video!
