For enthusiasts of early banjo

The old-time tune called Chicken Reel on my four string gourd played under the influence of listening to entirely too much Cheick Hamala.

Mark--Nice.  I'm a big Cheik Hamala fan myself, and I play a few of his traditional pieces, but I'm not familiar with that version of "Chicken Reel."  Where does it come from?

I just made it up.

Nicholas, it's made by Pete Ross in Baltimore.

That's one relaxed chicken! I like all the little variations that pop up.
