Jenny Get Your Hoe Cake Done!
In honour of the upcoming Sweeney Banjo Convergence, the band "Ole Tare River" (Mark Weems, James Pentecost, and Mike Wesley) got together recently for some Sweeney Songs. Just over the hill from where we sit playing is where the river actually begins. We are playing a reproduction Ashborn guitar and banjo made by Mike. We will all be at the Convergence and hope some of you can make it to this wonderful event.

I really wish I lived back East again sometimes just to be closer to what everyone is doing back there. Not this year but maybe next year I will be able to make it to the AEBG, would be great to meet a lot of you guys.
